Nice bar, very friendly and attentive service. Pleasant ambience in a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel has ample parking and an inviting entrance with a pretty fountain and palm trees. The buffet leaves nothing to be desired, with fresh salmon, orange juice and fresh fruit as well as sufficient coffee machines, the selection of egg dishes and bread.
We had booked a budget room. Unfortunately, the windows of these rooms cannot be opened wide, they can only be tilted. Due to the heat that is since 2 weeks, the room was unbearably heated up and could not be ventilated and therewith cooled down at night due to the window. There was only a table fan. It was awful. Such a thing is not acceptable for me even in a budget room at 90 euros.

The rooms are great. Huge and super big bathroom with everything you need and with separate WC. Large parking lot directly in front of the house. Easy access, easy to find. In the room Nespresso machine for free use. Van der Falk has a heart for children, there is a nice play corner at the in-house restaurant. Nice bar, which we could not use without a reservation.
Situation in the country near Goes. A few kilometres by taxi are already necessary if you do not drive your own car. The mattresses are Dutch Gold Standard, German rather bronze (because they are quite soft). Dog-friendly house - they even had to put up a sign in front of the restaurant to prevent Fifi from sitting at the table. That was obviously too much for the hotel staff. Very good bar and well-known restaurant, on weekends very crowded. Without reservation no chance to eat or drink here. Even the staff has then problems to get out of the kitchen without an accident.

Rooms were large. Bar and restaurant were very good. Setting in the countryside near Goes is very nice.
Bed less comfortable that should be for the quality of the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside the town center, making it easy to explore the city by bike. The spacious rooms offer a comfortable stay, with well-equipped amenities such as a bubble bath. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.
The hotel does not have air-conditioned rooms, which may be uncomfortable during hot summer afternoons.

The stay was runined as there was an investation of bedbugs in room 306. I sent the Doctors report to the hotel, Customer Service is not a strong point of the hotel. I called the hotel to warn them for the sake of other guest and the hotel's reputation. I will never return there nor will I recommend the hotel to anyone.

we were very impressed with the room and bathroom facilities , the room had just been upgraded to a very high standard , all it needed was an upgrade on the tv , a flat screen tv would have finished of the room 100 % .
i would have prefered the usual size pillows , the one large designer pillowdoes not allways fit with a sleeping pattern, everyhting else perfect

We've stayed at this hotel before and it's always been fantastic. the rooms are spacious, clean, and recently updated with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. the breakfasts are particularly excellent and the staff is polite and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area with easy access to nearby attractions like Middelburg and Veere. Cons: Nothing - everything was great! 😊.
